Colour Accounting
Financial training for non-financial managers is the world renowned one-day course that presents financial fundamentals in a way that’s enjoyable to learn. Using story-telling, physical materials, graphics and colour to show how accounting works.
My role was to both market and project manage the development of the courses.
Including public and in-house workshops to ensure great learning outcomes and ongoing profitability.

Responsibilities:
Developing marketing plan in conjunction with regional partners
Developing inhouse training proposals for SME and large enterprises - Placemakers, Pak n Save, Metlifecare
Planning and booking venues
Managing costs and profit projections
Co-ordinating learning material from Colour Accounting International.
Results:
Over 500 attendees at $579+ GST per person
Over 50 public and inhouse workshops
Increased engagement from attendees in financials, leading to further attendees from companies.
Excellent auxiliary income source outside core government funding
Overall positive feedback from attendees leading to further business and training.
